You will support co-packing operations in term of service, cost, health and safety, quality, food defense, sustainability, legal requirements and policies compliance. In this role, you will implement the co-packing strategy and execute operations to ensure optimum logistics solutions while supporting various routes-to-market and balancing service and cost. You will work collaboratively with internal and external (third-party logistics vendors) business partners to ensure effective management, timely solutions and execution.
How you will contribute
You will:
• Manage the area customization (co-pack) team and collaborate with other regional customization and central process tower leads to ensure best practices • Own cross-functional relationships, driving consistent cross-category ways of working • Manage change programs in collaboration with other stakeholders • Manage a strong area governance process to monitor and deliver the annual area programs (e.g. Productivity)
What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
• Proven experience leading, developing and coaching a team • Specialist in at least one of the following disciplines and a general business knowledge of all: Lean Six Sigma, warehouse and distribution, data analysis, project management, customer logistics • Extensive, proven integrated supply chain experience in a fast-moving consumer goods environment • Able to build a strong network of relationships internally and externally
Education / Certifications: Full time graduation is a must
Job specific requirements: Logistics experience is required
