About this role
IRUBIS is a young biotechnology start-up specializing in bioprocess monitoring. We are building a state-of-the-art spectroscopy system, Monipa, to provide our biopharma customers with real-time analysis of their bioprocesses in drug development.

Tasks
Develop and maintain our full-stack application using FastAPI and React/Next.js Maintain and improve our Linux-Based Infrastructure Improve internal tooling and automation workflows using Ansible and Streamlit Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions Integrate software and hardware components Collaborate closely with hardware, application, and sales teams
Requirements
At least 2 years of professional experience in software development Strong programming skills in Python and TypeScript Experience writing clean, maintainable code and software tests Solid experience with Git and version control workflows Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines Confidence working with Linux-based systems Proficiency in English Nice to Have: Experience in developing software for physical hardware; Experience with managing infrastructure
