About the Job
• Assist sales with inquiry analysis and manage the quotation process in the system; • Create and manage sample orders, track status, and coordinate with logistics and plants on delivery-related matters (e.g., scheduling, customs clearance), as well as follow up on customer feedback after receipt of samples; • Manage the design registration process, including data collection, analysis, and system maintenance; • Support sales in preparing business reports (e.g., POS, POA, backlog); • Provide logistical support for sales meetings and handle general office administration tasks; About You
• Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 3 years of working experience in the electronic components industry; • Good command of both written and spoken English; • Proficient in computer/office software; SAP experience is a plus; • Strong team spirit, proactive attitude, and ability to respond quickly; •

• 本科及以上学历,3年以上电子元器件相关行业工作经验; • 具备良好的英语听说读写能力; • 熟练操作办公软件,有SAP经验者优先; • 具备良好的团队合作精神,积极主动,响应迅速;
