Latitude Financial Services operates a partially outsourced payroll model, with payroll processing managed by Frontier Software. The Payroll Senior Specialist will act as the key conduit between Frontier and Latitude, ensuring payroll services are delivered accurately, efficiently and with a strong employee experience.
This role will backfill the Payroll Manager while they oversee Latitude’s payroll transformation project, providing senior operational payroll support across end-to-end payroll delivery, employee queries, payroll files, data audits, compliance, tax and regulatory reporting.
