Global – Flower (Fragrance change for multiple formulae) – Dabao 2.XSM LOR Carton upgrade (target Q3/Q4 2026 depends on demand) 3.TPM product shelf life extension (to close by Q3 2026) 4.SJJP LENC Site PMO - 2026 June to Dec 5%; 2027 15%; 5.BCP - APAP Dual Source - Tylenol - CN-ER (ongoing till 2027); BCP - APAP Dual Source - Tylenol - CN-TPM (ongoing till 2027) 6.GCC management – loading around 50%, 20-30 GCCs ongoing + new
