DESCRIPTION OF JOB TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for administering the Contractor’s Medical and Dental Plan.
BASIC JOB QUALIFICATIONS: (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to professionally and tactfully convey information to individuals regarding sensitive and confidential issues. • Proven ability to organize, prioritize and follow-through to completion on multiple tasks, under strict deadlines and changing priorities. • Must possess excellent administrative, organizational, and computer skills to include proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. • Must have good oral and written communication skills which enable to effectively liaise with clients, other departments within the organization, subcontractors and clients, and report directly to the Senior Management. • Must have a valid and be able to obtain Non-Pro or Professional driver’s license with restriction code at least 2.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS: SPECIAL CERTIFICATIONS OR TRAININGS
• Must have current and valid, PRC license as a Physician. TCN Health Care Providers (HCPs) will be required to participate in annual Continued Medical Education (CME) training commensurate with their profession (i.e. physicians and nurses). • Must have successfully completed Adult First Aid/CPR/AED Training from American Red Cross is highly desired or equivalent provider.
EDUCATION:
• Bachelor’s Degree in any “Pre-Med” courses (B.S. in Biology, Nursing, Psychology, Medical Technology, Pharmacy, Public Health and Physical Therapy) or other related Biological and Allied sciences, based on a four-year course of study from accredited college or university or equivalent institution. • Must be a graduate of Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from accredited college or university or equivalent institution.
EXPERIENCE:
• At least two (2) years of experience after completion of residency in the area of general medicine or family practice. No confirmed record of malpractice or professional disciplinary action from a recognized professional society.
