About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Description

• Monitor and analyze warehouse operating costs, including fixed warehouse costs, operational expenses, and labor costs. Prepare regular cost analysis reports, identify cost anomalies, and drive cost optimization initiatives to improve operational efficiency. • Continuously improve cost management processes, including budgeting, cost tracking, reporting, and approval workflows, to strengthen cost control and operational governance. • Lead or support cross-functional projects related to warehouse operations, cost optimization, process improvement, and system enhancement, ensuring timely delivery and effective execution. • Track project milestones, risks, and key deliverables, coordinating cross-functional resources to ensure smooth project execution and timely issue resolution. • Collaborate closely with Warehouse Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, and other stakeholders to resolve operational issues and improve cross-functional collaboration. • Collect, consolidate, and analyze operational data to support business planning, performance monitoring, and management decision-making. • Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support for the team, including documentation management, meeting coordination, reporting, and other operational support activities. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. • At least 1 year of relevant experience in logistics, warehouse operations, supply chain, finance, business operations, or a related field. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify improvement opportunities. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP, WMS is a plus. • Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams. • Business-level proficiency in Japanese is required. Proficiency in English and/or Chinese is a plus. • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• 倉庫固定費、倉庫運営費、人件費などの倉庫運営コストをモニタリング・分析し、定期的なコスト分析レポートを作成するとともに、コスト異常の把握および改善施策の推進を行います。 • 予算管理、コスト実績管理、レポーティング、承認フローなどのコスト管理プロセスを継続的に改善し、コスト管理体制および業務運営の効率化を推進します。 • 倉庫運営、コスト最適化、業務改善、システム改善に関する部門横断プロジェクトをリードまたはサポートし、計画どおりの実行を推進します。 • プロジェクトの進捗、マイルストーン、リスクおよび成果物を管理し、関係部門との調整を通じて円滑なプロジェクト推進を実現します。 • 倉庫運営、財務、サプライチェーン、購買、人事などの関係部門と連携し、業務課題の解決および部門間連携の強化を推進します。 • 業務データの収集・集計・分析を行い、事業計画、業績管理および経営判断に必要なデータを提供します。 • 文書管理、会議運営、各種レポート作成など、チームの日常業務および管理業務をサポートします。 応募資格

• 大学卒業以上(物流、サプライチェーン、経営、財務・会計などの関連分野歓迎)。 • 物流、倉庫運営、サプライチェーン、財務、事業運営等における1年以上の実務経験。 • 数値分析力および課題解決能力を有し、データに基づいた改善提案ができる方。 • Excelを用いたデータ集計・分析スキルを有する方。ERP、WMSの利用経験があれば尚可。 • 高いコミュニケーション能力、調整力、およびプロジェクト推進能力を有し、部門横断で業務を円滑に推進できる方。 • 日本語で円滑なコミュニケーションが可能な方(ビジネスレベル以上)。英語または中国語でのコミュニケーションが可能な方は歓迎します。 • 主体性があり、変化の多い環境でも複数の業務を正確かつ効率的に遂行できる方。
