Personal Trainer– Part-Time/PRN Flexible hours 15-25 hours/week
Locations: Stonefield - 3918 Lenox Ave, Ste 430, Charlottesville VA 22901 Greene - 138 Stoneridge Dr S, Ste 4, Ruckersville, VA 22968 Ivy - 4290 Ivy Rd, Ste 120, Charlottesville, VA 22903
Compensation Range $20.00 - 25.00

What You'll Do:
• Conduct fitness assessments and build customized training programs.
• Help clients improve performance, reduce injury risk, and achieve their fitness goals.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience through education and motivation.
• Knowledge of Fitness equipment and machines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional workout space.
• Outstanding time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications Required:
• Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACSM, CSCS, ACE, NSCA, or ISSA)
• Weekend availability (Saturday or Sunday)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Active CPR certification.
Preferred:
• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field
• 1–2 years of personal training experience
• Community outreach or sales experience by representing Ivy at local fairs and events, and pop ups at community businesses.
