The Talent & Culture Generalist is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration of the Talent & Culture function, with primary responsibility for recruiting, onboarding, HR administration, Workday transactions, and employee support. This position partners with hiring managers to attract, hire, and onboard qualified talent while ensuring an exceptional employee experience.
The Talent & Culture Generalist also assists with payroll processing, HR reporting, employee records administration, policy administration, and special Talent & Culture projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Job Responsibilities:
• Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to understand staffing needs, workforce planning, and recruiting priorities. • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for non-exempt positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers, and onboarding. Assist the Talent & Culture Manager with recruitment activities for exempt positions. • Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies, job boards, universities, and professional networks, to strengthen talent sourcing channels. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and proactively recommend improvements to enhance the company's recruitment strategies. • Maintain accurate employee data in Workday and generate standard and ad hoc reports as requested. • Maintain employee personnel files and electronic records. • Process new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations in Workday. • Coordinate background checks, pre-employment screenings, and new hire paperwork. • Administer I-9 and E-Verify processes. • Complete new hire orientation and onboarding. • Maintain HR forms, templates, and documentation. • Assist employees with Workday self-service questions. • Coordinate employee recognition, service awards, and other engagement activities. • Maintain recruiting metrics and HR reports. • Assist with payroll processing by reviewing timecards, auditing data for accuracy, preparing payroll documentation, and responding to employee payroll inquiries. • Assist managers and employees with routine employee relations matters and escalate complex issues to the Talent & Culture Manager when appropriate. • Ensure compliance with federal, state and local labor laws as well as organizational policies. • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR data. • Complete special projects as assigned. • Support the Talent & Culture US and UK teams as needed. • All other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of successfully leading and managing the recruitment process. • Solid understanding of various talent acquisition methodologies, tools, and technologies. • Experience supporting recruiting across multiple job levels. • Demonstrated proficiency using Workday. • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. • Exceptional attention to detail. • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. • Demonstrated initiative, integrity, and a strong work ethic. • Effective communication (verbal & written) and analytical skills. • Sound decision-making and problem-solving capabilities. • Strong customer service mindset. • Ability to build positive working relationships at all levels of the organization. • Excellent follow-through and organizational skills. • Working knowledge of Federal, State, and local employment law.
Education and Certification Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Equivalent education and relevant work experience will be considered.
• 2-4 years Human Resources experience. • Experience leading full cycle recruiting and onboarding. • Minimum 1 year Workday experience required. • Payroll experience preferred. • Manufacturing experience preferred. • SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.

Work Environment: This position is primarily performed in an office environment with regular interaction throughout a manufacturing facility. The employee may occasionally be exposed to noise, moving equipment, temperature variations, and other conditions typical of a manufacturing environment. Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn when entering designated production areas.
