As Performance Manager, you will work with our Maximising Capacity claims teams and specialist teams to help drive a proactive review of claims through structured Occ Rehab Provider Case Conferencing, and Case Conferencing, with a goal to progressing recovery, capacity and return to work outcomes.
This will be a full time, permanent position based in the Melbourne office, with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week.'
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Liaise directly with aligned Specialist and Case Managers as part of a team to provide a forward focus on return-to-work strategy and encourage proactive and open communication with key stakeholders. • Liaise with key external stakeholders, including the WorkSafe, Clinical Panel and Legal Panel to ensure smooth coordination and adherence to process. • Conduct in-depth analysis of claims data to identify patterns, trends, and areas for strategic improvement. • Attend team/segments huddles and forums to provide updates and feedback on APA. • Own and monitor relevant trackers and ensure a proactive claims management response. • Collaborate with team leaders to deliver feedback on Case Manager engagement and facilitate their ongoing development and skill enhancement. • Implement a hand-on approach to ensure tasks are being completed within required timeframes. ABOUT YOU
• Extensive experience within the Victorian Workers Compensation industry and strong knowledge of relevant legislation (mandatory). • In-depth understanding of WorkSafe’s claims systems, business rules, procedures and data integrity requirements. • Expert-level claims management knowledge, with a proven track record of achieving outcomes. • Strong ability to build relationships and engage effectively with staff at all levels. • Demonstrated capability in identifying issues, developing practical solutions and delivering sustainable results.
