As Performance Manager, you will work with our Recovering Independence claims teams and specialist teams to help drive a proactive review of claims through structured Case Conferencing, with a goal to progressing recovery, capacity and return to work outcomes.
This will be a full time, permanent position based in the Melbourne office, with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week.'
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Proactively review claims with the goal of progressing recovery, independence and self-management whilst effectively managing rightful medical and like entitlements. • Ensure that the relevant audit requirements are consistently met • Actively engaging with workers and treating health practitioners • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver required outcomes ABOUT YOU
• 1-2 years' experience within the Victorian workers compensation scheme is essential. • Skilled in constructing case conferences and undertaking comprehensive claim assessment. • A keen attention to detail and ability to ensure all compliance measurables are met. • Strong collaboration and communication skills. • Committed to delivering quality and timely outcomes with great initiative and accountability.
