KAM C&A
We are currently looking for an additional Key Account Manager to develop our C&A (Consumables & Accessories) product category, covering major appliances as well as floor care and small appliances. The main objective of the role is to manage relationships and business performance with the most important retail customers, and in the long term seek new market opportunities with B2B clients.
You will join a team of 6 KAMs and report directly to Sales Manager Electrical Retail.
Main responsibilities:
• Implementing the sales policy defined with Sales Management and ensuring compliance with sales priorities. • Development of sales strategies, potential analysis, and market opportunities • Responsibility for demand planning, price lists, and handling administrative tasks • Monitoring the market and competition of the C&A business in the considered CA • Contributing to the continuous optimization of collaboration within the sales team and across departments • Driving category-level strategy in close cooperation with the central organization • Conducting analyses of market, competitors, and products • In collaboration with Regional Manager or Category Manager, defining, introducing, and optimizing the product portfolio • Managing and setting strategic pricing (RRP, HLP, RCP) • Supporting the business unit (BU) process and strategic planning • Close collaboration with Commercial and Operations Managers, Product Line (central and local), Controlling, Marketing, and Sales
Qualifications
• Degree in business administration or a comparable qualification • Several years of professional experience in sales, including substantial experience in direct customer sales • Experience in organizing and executing consumer trade fairs, including their specific requirements • Ability to think and act across brands with a results-oriented mindset • Ability to think in a process-oriented and cross-functional manner • Analytical and structured working approach • Willingness to travel (2 times per week in Czechia and 3 days working from the office, in addition to this there will be 1 or 2 trips to Slovakia) • Ability to work independently as well as in a team • Open mindset towards challenges and high resilience • Strong communication skills and confidence • Willingness to work in an international environment • Very good written and spoken English and Czech • Advanced MS Office skills
