Responsibilities
• Maintains full project ownership in delivering market research projects from commissioning to invoice. • Manages stakeholder expectations and delivers the highest level of service in an ever-changing, fast turnaround environment. • Builds an effective, professional working relationship with our clients, providing them guidance and advice where appropriate as it relates to Dynata’s products and services. • Ensures project task activities are completed through personal production, internal support teams (such as Survey Programming, and Sales), and vendors (such as translators, etc.). • Proactively anticipates, troubleshoots, overcomes, and/or escalates project challenges in a timely manner. • Collaborate and support Sales in driving revenue growth through client relationship development that lead to referrals and repeat business. • Communicate project updates and status in a responsive and consultative manner throughout project field. • Share knowledge across internal functional teams. • Ensures survey quality using current market research methodologies. • Tracks and manages complex project budgets and timelines • Takes on high visibility/complex projects and runs projects across multiple methodologies • Mentors junior staff and assists in their growth • Able to stand in for Team Lead when needed • Other duties as assigned.
Experience
• At least 4 years of recent experience in quantitative online and digital market research experience, including competence in research and survey design, sampling, and consultation.
Knowledge & Skill
• Entry level for less complex professional roles not requiring a specific degree. • Has developed knowledge of an extensive body of technical, support or administrative policies and procedures. • Requires extensive training and experience to perform a wide variety of interrelated, multi-skilled or standard procedural assignments and resolve a wide range of moderately complex issues. • Accomplished in implementing practical procedures or systems, which are moderately complex and require extended oversight
