• Troubleshooting: Helps technicians find complex problems in big systems like chillers, boilers, and building controls.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforces rules like OSHA guidelines and EPA laws for handling gases.
• Inventory Control: Orders tools and parts so the team always has what they need
