• Coordinate with cross-functional partners to complete accurate deal term sheets and supporting documentation, incorporating revisions as needed.

• Prepare lease deal packets and summary sheets for submission and approval to the Executive Lease Committee or other designated approval groups.

• Obtain and organize required lease exhibits and supporting materials from internal and external sources in a timely manner.

• Monitor progress from negotiation through execution of the final agreement; maintain accurate status records, follow up on outstanding items, and provide regular updates to assigned leasing professionals.

Process & Reporting

• Document departmental processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the implementation of approved process enhancements.

• Assist with the rollout and adoption of new or revised processes across cross-functional teams.

• Research, prepare, edit, and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports, presentations, and other business materials.

• Support daily leasing team operations, including scheduling, expense reporting, meeting and logistics coordination, and completion of required business reports.

• Organize and maintain complex, confidential, and time-sensitive information with high degree of accuracy while coordinating multiple concurrent assignments and deadlines.

• Other duties as assigned.
