Job Description
Overview Provides administrative and sales support to the Community Sales Manager in order to optimize new home sales and the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet and engage with visitors to build relationships and assist the Community Sales Manager to determine visitor needs and preferences.
• Provide consistent and timely follow up with visitors and buyers from initial visit through closing and beyond.
• Assist the Community Sales Manager with prospecting, marketing, and promoting new business.
• Support Community Sales Manager with all administrative aspects of the sales office. This includes but is not limited to answering phones, preparing purchase contracts, taking reservations, coordinating sales office & model maintenance, opening & closing of the sales complex, scheduling appointments, and pre-qualifying potential buyers, signage, exterior maintenance, etc.
• Enter and update visitor and buyer information into the Company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system daily.
• Other duties as assigned.
What You Bring
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of previous new home sales experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong listening skills and creative problem solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task while maintaining a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Highly organized.
