About this role
Elaborate and update quality management guidelines, methods and processes, and provide instructions to organisations to apply them; * Analyse, file and report on all quality management-related information, and cooperate in this with local quality control-related roles. * File and update all quality management documentation needed for certification, and ensure external quality management reporting for official authorities. * Support internal and external inspections and/or audits, and provide respective documentation. * Execute quality management improvement or compliance projects. * Collaborate with and provide advice to staff and management in quality management-related topics, and provide respective trainings. * Keep abreast with all regulations and standards in regional/local law.
