Sales Activities: • Conduct sales activity and ensure each stage of a sales is completed in a timely and accurate manner, include preparation of quotations, confirmation of requirements, required invoices, and payment • Ensure sales activity compliance to overall financial procedures for all sales (e.g., quotation and invoice, monitoring, and recording payment) • Maintain and update customer’s status data with detail records • Receive and follow up inputs from channel of distribution (i.e., sales agent that support sales activity) • Ensure the validity of prospective customers database • Create sales income report and progress from all channels of distribution • Provide the prospect customers database for telemarketing activities • Conversant with the products offered and notify related information to prospective customer (e.g., academic time period) • Initiate and maintain relationship with various channel of distribution • Represent the University at promotion events, road shows and exhibitions • Support in research promotion activity opportunities in various school and industry • Conduct and follow up school canvassing process • Cooperate with other units to support sales activities effectiveness Sales Activities: • Arrange and conduct visits from prospective customer (i.e., campus tours and viewings of the facilities and services) • Compiles, maintains, and file all reports, records and other documents required • Support in Education Counselor Recruitment Process • Allocate the job assignment for education counselor • Update the product knowledge of Education counselor • Support in Monitoring the performance of Education Counselor activities General activities: • Perform and complete other tasks as assigned by direct supervisor • Provide periodic report to direct supervisor • Suggest improvement process related to admission activities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost) • Perform activities related to Quality Management System Education Requirement: • Diploma Degree (D3), or • University student (6th semester) Work Exposure/ Experience: • No working experience
