Join Our Brand-New Gilbert & Tempe Clinics! Behavioral Framework is expanding and opening a brand-new ABA clinic in Gilbert, AZ — and we’re looking for a passionate BCBA to join our growing team.
This is an opportunity to step into a clinic-based leadership role with a highly structured schedule, strong administrative support, and the ability to focus on clinical quality without the burden of billable hour requirements.

No Billable Hour Requirements Focus on clinical care, supervision, treatment planning, and parent training — not chasing billables. What You’ll Do As a BCBA, you will:
• Supervise and mentor a team of Behavior Technicians • Develop, implement, and update individualized ABA treatment plans • Conduct parent training and caregiver support • Complete clinical supervision and case oversight • Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) • Analyze client data and adjust programming based on progress • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary professionals to support meaningful outcomes
What We’re Looking For ✔ BCBA certification in good standing ✔ Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field ✔ Minimum 1 year of ABA supervisory experience preferred ✔ Strong experience with ABA methodologies, Verbal Behavior, and assessment tools ✔ Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills ✔ Passion for clinical excellence and family-centered care
