BBVA is looking for a Senior Associate – Business Management & Execution to join its Global Transaction Banking team in Germany.
This role sits at the heart of transaction execution, acting as a key link between clients, relationship teams and operational units, with exposure to a broad range of local and international GTB products.
About the job:
What you will do
• Support the execution of Guarantees, Standby Letters of Credit, Import & Export Letters of Credit, Working Capital solutions, Factoring and Supply Chain Finance.
• Act as the main operational point of contact for clients after deal closing, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
• Review transactional documentation and coordinate internal approvals in line with regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage complex, cross-border transactions.
• Support payments, collections and operational monitoring linked to GTB activities.
• Contribute to reporting, transaction monitoring and performance tracking.
Who you are
• You have experience in transaction banking, trade finance or guarantees, ideally in an international environment.
• You are client-oriented, detail-focused and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders.
• You enjoy working in a fast-paced, regulated and international context.
• You are fluent in English and German (Spanish is a plus).
