As a Field Specialist, you will provide technical support to the Technology, Commercial, and Service Delivery functions within the Completions & Well Intervention (CWI) product line. You will support the entire job cycle, from portfolio management and pre-job evaluation through execution and post-job analysis.
As a Field Supervisor – CWI, you will be responsible for:
• Executing multiple medium-risk applications within the Completions & Well Interventions product line. • Ensuring that the equipment provided is compatible with all other equipment used in the job. • Providing direct customer support and accurately completing all required documentation before and after job execution. • Conducting all activities in compliance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, legal requirements, and Baker Hughes Core Values.

To be successful in this role, you will:
• Hold a Technical Degree and have solid experience in oilfield services. • Have a minimum of 5 years of industry experience in offshore field operations. • Demonstrate strong experience in Completions & Well Interventions. • Have knowledge of the following Completions & Well Intervention applications:
Lower Completions (Mandatory)
• Sand Control • Inflow Control • Isolation Valves
Upper Completions (Mandatory)
• Chemical Injection • Flow Control • Gas Lift • Packers • Safety Valves
Intelligent Production Systems (Preferred)
• Gauges • Interval Control Valves (ICVs) • Flow Meters
Well Interventions (Preferred)
• Well Abandonment • Milling • Section Milling • Casing Exit • Wellbore Cleanout • Whipstock Operations • Through-Tubing Operations
Well Construction (Preferred)
• Liner Hangers
Additionally, you will:
• Have a solid understanding of drilling and completion techniques, as well as drilling/workover rig operations. • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Be available for flexible schedules and 24-hour on-call support as required. • Be fluent in Portuguese or have advanced English and Spanish skills (preferred).
