Senior Business Development : Job Description
Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the market presence. Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve sales outcomes. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing,customer service and technical service to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives. Execution & Ownership: Drive end-to-end Brand’s marketing mix execution and activation initiatives through trade channels and retail touchpoints, partnering with sales, trade, and cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and excellence in execution while having effectiveness in-market delivery with priorities and outcomes. Developing : Develop digital platform and E-commerce channel to support business growth. Leading : all special projects assigned such as Viriyah,HQBS,PSM,SFDC. Leading :Economy project sales growth. Leading : non paint sales growth.
Qualifications: -Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. -Experience:Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, ales management, -business development preferably within the automotive aftermarket industry. Our Company:
