We are currently looking for an Intern DND to join the team in São Paulo. This role provides practical learning opportunities, exposure to real business processes, and ongoing support from leaders and team members.
A Day in the Life:
• Support the analysis of dealer network performance through KPI tracking and data consolidation • Assist in the development and monitoring of action plans to improve dealer throughput and profitability • Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, including senior management • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Aftersales) to support network initiatives • Monitor dealer standards compliance and support continuous improvement actions • Contribute to network planning activities, including coverage analysis and expansion studies • Support the organization of meetings, workshops, and performance reviews with dealer groups • Analyze market and competitor benchmarks to identify opportunities for network optimization • Maintain and update databases and tools related to dealer performance and network management • Assist in special projects related to network transformation and customer experience improvement
Who We’re Looking for: Required:
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) • Strong communication skills, willingness to learn and proactive mindset. Desired:
• English • Power BI or data visualization tools • Basic knowledge of financial analysis or business metrics (preferred) • Certifications or coursework in Project Management (e.g., Agile, Scrum fundamentals) are a plus • Participation in academic projects related to market analysis, strategy, or operations
