Job summary This is a great opportunity for a passionate and fast-learning individual to join the team as a Kitchen Assistant at the Brook House Care Home in Towcester, Northampton. The home is a 53-bedded Residential and Dementia Care Home, rated 'Good' by the CQC and with a 9.9 rating on Carehome.co.uk.
Main duties of the job As a Kitchen Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the kitchen team in preparing and serving meals for the residents. This role involves working 38 hours per week, typically from 8am to 6pm, including every other weekend. Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
No specific qualifications are required, but the ideal candidate will be a fast learner, passionate about hospitality, and have a growth mindset. A DBS check will be required for this role.
