Job Description YOUR ROLE AS A: We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Refund Payment Operations Executive to support daily refund processing and payment-related operations. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Mandarin and English to liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including banks and regional teams, while ensuring refunds are processed accurately and within agreed service levels.
WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:
• Process customer refund requests accurately and within SLA. • Investigate and resolve refund-related issues, including payment failures and rejected transactions. • Support reconciliation
WHO YOU ARE:
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Experience in payment operations, refunds, finance operations, or customer service is an added advantage. • Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) and English. Ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent attention to detail with high accuracy in data processing. • Good communication • Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. • Available to work on a contract basis for 6 months
