Develops and implements analytic and measurement strategies for projects, including key metrics, data sources, and baseline data collection. Identifies and documents current processes, researches best practices, conducts volume and utilization analysis, and develops key performance indicators and future state recommendations. Utilizes tools such as Value Stream Mapping, 5S/7S, Visual Workplace, and others to identify gaps in quality delivery, labor efficiency, and throughput. Performs problem-solving activities and root cause analysis using statistical tools like DOE and 3x5 Why. Conducts time studies and capacity analysis to improve operational efficiencies. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to validate current processes, identify inefficiencies, and reduce costs through process analysis. Supports projects aimed at improving costs and driving value-based care. Communicates regularly with stakeholders about progress, critical factors, and obstacles. Works with management, consultants, and other process engineers to determine resource and staffing needs for projects and manages resources and deliverables. Employs improvement methods and tools such as Lean, Rapid Cycle Testing, RCA, FMEA, and Six Sigma. Acts independently, demonstrating strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Facilitates discussions and resolves conflicts among management and staff, maintaining diplomacy and tact. Performs other duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Skill to succeed in a dynamic environment and produce deliverables in tight timeframes under constant pressure • Strong analytical, statistical, and creative problem-solving skills • Knowledge of industrial engineering principles such as LEAN, workflow analysis, statistical analysis, work simplification, time standard, staffing analysis, and process improvement techniques as they apply to healthcare management system processes and operations • Facilitation of various PI methodologies • Well-informed, practical experience using software, database, and computer applications skills, including knowledge of spreadsheets, word processing, simulation software, and report writing • Solid understanding and application of data collection/analysis tools & methodologies • Well-versed in process mapping, root cause analysis, statistical controls • Ability to succinctly translate high level concepts into actionable items • Familiar with project management and change management concepts and methodologies • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Able to lead a project independently under limited direction and manage multiple projects simultaneously while thriving in a setting requiring collaboration and teamwork • Ability to transfer clients’ perceptions of problems into viable solutions. Utilizes diplomacy skills and flexibility in response to clients’ changing concerns • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Visio)
Education: • Bachelor's [Required] • Master's [Preferred]
Field of Study: • in Industrial Engineering or Process Improvement
Work Experience: • 2+ of relevant experience in engineering, healthcare, business, [Required] • Experienced practitioner of quality & process improvement methodologies such as lean six sigma [Required] • Proven experience leading process improvement projects, preferably in a complex organizational environment [Required]

Pay Range:
$66,170.74 - $123,073.07 Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
