• Responds to emergency and non-emergency calls, performing patient assessments and delivering care based on medical protocols. • Ensures accurate and timely documentation, including patient care and billing reports, while maintaining confidentiality standards. • Operates and maintains ambulance and medical equipment safely, ensuring readiness and compliance with safety regulations. • Communicates effectively with dispatch, medical teams, and emergency personnel to coordinate patient care and transport. • Provides high-quality customer service while supporting team members, ongoing training, and community engagement initiatives.
