Day Shift 6a-230p; Some weekends
Conducts regular inspections in collaboration with other departments to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards. Coordinates and supervises cleaning and maintenance staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently. Develops and implements cleaning schedules and maintenance plans. Manages inventory and orders supplies needed for cleaning and maintenance. Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations and standards. Responds promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies. Trains staff on proper cleaning techniques and use of equipment. Other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field [Required] • Ability to maintain equipment and work areas in a clean and safe condition [Required] • Able to communicate in English [Required] • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) [Required]
Education: • High School Grad or Equiv [Required]
Field of Study: • healthcare, business, clinical science or Industrial/Systems Engineering
Work Experience: • 1+ technical experience [Required] • Floor Care Exp [Preferred] • Healthcare Exp [Preferred]

Pay Range:
