Responsible for leading and supporting system connectivity and facilitating clinical engineering standardization, strategy development, and governance. This position oversees integration and development of clinical engineering governance and modality managers to ensure effective organization and timely implementation of strategies and objectives. Additionally, this role requires a deep understanding of clinical engineering, capital planning, and third-party service areas, as well as the competitive landscape and external forces impacting standardization. In addition, this position drives strategy and success of departmental initiatives, managing teams and solving problems to shape strategic direction. Ensures the performance of the department by supporting and funding projects, services, and technologies.
• Provides leadership, development, and oversight of Clinical Engineering Senior Modality Manager and Modality Managers. • Evaluates and monitors the performance of clinical engineering services and initiatives. • Supports the development of cross-divisional and cross-disciplinary governance structures. • Facilitates negotiations with strategic partners and stakeholders to advance clinical engineering objectives. • Interfaces with physicians and senior leadership to ensure clinically informed decision-making. • Serves as a business partner in the strategic development and vision of clinical engineering services. • Manages teams and resources to achieve departmental goals and objectives. Provides feasibility and timeline assessments for clinical engineering projects and initiatives. • Develops and implements strategies for clinical engineering standardization and governance. • Collaborates with key stakeholders to ensure system connectivity and integration of clinical engineering services. • Oversees the creation and execution of strategic plans for clinical engineering services. • Ensures effective communication and coordination among modality managers and stakeholders. • Other duties as assigned. Education:
• Bachelor's Degree Required • Master's Degree Preferred
Field of Study:
• in healthcare administration, business administration, or industrial engineering. • in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, industrial engineering or equivalent
Work Experience:
• 10+ years of experience in a health care setting [Preferred] • 5+ years in progressive programmatic or leadership experience in the healthcare field. [Required] • Experience launching new programs, teams and complex strategies across business units. [Required]

Pay Range:
$127,310.90 - $236,789.66 Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
