JOB DESCRIPTION: MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Act as a Lead Compliance SPOC for designated Business Units in Abbott Specialty Care • Supporting in OEC monitoring / Internal audit / External audit • Drive communication programs to improve compliance awareness • Build compliance assurance culture • Active contributor in pre-approval meets to ensure compliance adherence • Review & Monitor Post activity compliance adherence • Supporting business for smooth execution of all HCP activities • Monitoring of Plan Vs Execution of all HCP activities • MIS support to designated Business Units • Active Participation in Monthly business reviews • Conduct induction program for New Joinees on compliance in designated BUs The base pay for this position is N/AIn specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
