Main duties of the job As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to the residents, as well as leading and mentoring a team of care assistants. You will work 44 hours per week, including every other weekend, and will be paid a competitive hourly rate of £13.95. Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
Applicants should have experience working as a Care Assistant in a similar setting, as well as strong leadership and communication skills. A relevant qualification in Health and Social Care or a related field would be an advantage.
