Rentokil Initial is seeking a motivated Telephone Sales Specialist to join our office-based team in Mount Wellington. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves helping customers and enjoys a good, fast-paced workday and is looking to build a career in sales.

The purpose of this position is to:
Manage a high volume of phone communication, building strong relationships with our customer accounts.Provide excellent customer service on every inbound call and proactively identify sales opportunities through outbound campaigns.Manage the day-to-day administration requirements of your customer whilst ensuring customer issues are resolved.Planning and organising yourself and others to be responsive and be able to adapt to customer requests quickly and effectively as well as driving consistent service delivery performance.Supporting the outbound sales team with customer and administrative support.
The ideal candidate must have:
Demonstrable and proven call centre/telesales customer service skills.The ability to build long-term internal and external relationships.Excellent interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities.
