Role Summar As a Senior Facilities Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of facilities operations. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain high standards of service, support day-to-day operations, and drive continuous improvement across processes. Responsibilities:
Outline the day-to-day and ad-hoc tasks for this role.Monitor daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery and promptly resolve issuesTrack tasks, follow up on actions, and ensure timely completion of deliverablesCoordinate with internal teams and external partners to support operational needsMaintain accurate records, documentation, and basic reportingEnsure adherence to established processes, standards, and compliance requirementsManage resources and ensure availability to support operationsConduct routine checks to maintain quality, safety, and performance standardsProvide regular updates on operational status and key activitiesRespond to incidents, escalations, and urgent operational issuesSupport special projects, audits, and business-driven initiativesAssist with troubleshooting and resolving complex or non-routine challengesHandle time-sensitive requests, including vendor coordination and service needsSupport continuous improvement efforts and process enhancementsAssist during peak periods, events, or operational disruptions as needed
