As a Telecom Project Manager, you will take ownership of delivering telecom projects end-to-end—from early planning through to launch—helping build, scale, and improve network solutions that matter.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Own delivery of telecom projects (network rollouts, upgrades, deployments) from start to finishReport directly to COOTurn big ideas into clear, actionable plans and keep everyone alignedWork closely with engineers, vendors, and stakeholders to keep projects movingSpot risks early and solve problems before they slow us downKeep communication simple, clear, and frequent — no surprisesManage budgets, timelines, and resources without overcomplicating thingsHelp improve how we deliver projects as we scale (we’re always iterating)
Requirements
5+ years of experience managing telecom or network infrastructure projects Solid understanding of telecom tech (fiber, CPE, IP)Comfortable working in ambiguity and figuring things out as you goStrong communicator — you can translate between technical and non-technical teamsNaturally proactive — you don’t wait to be told what to doOrganized, but flexible when things change (because they will)
Advantageous or Nice to haves:
