Finartis is a Swiss software publisher specialized in Wealth Management. We support private banks, asset managers, and family offices worldwide with robust and scalable platforms covering front-to-back operations.
As part of our growth strategy, we are strengthening our commercial organization and looking for a Business Development Manager to accelerate our expansion.
Key responsibilities
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business growth by:
Building and managing a qualified sales pipeline (private banks, asset managers and family offices). Leading the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signatureDeveloping strategic partnerships to accelerate market access and deal flow through networking, events, outreach, and referralsCoordinating RFI/RFP responses and proposalsContributing to Finartis go-to-market strategyIdentifying new markets and growth opportunities
You will operate in a collaborative sales model, where you lead opportunities while working closely with Pre-Sales & Product Experts and management.
Profile requirements
5+ years in B2B software sales (WealthTech / FinTech preferred)Proven ability to manage complex and long sales cyclesStrong commercial mindset and negotiation skillsAbility to structure opportunities and drive dealsStrong relationship-building with C-level stakeholdersExperience in partner development is a plusStructured, disciplined, and results-drivenEntrepreneurial and proactiveStrong ownership and accountabilityComfortable working in a collaborative and international environment
