We are seeking an experienced Property Manager with a strong background in New York real estate, specifically managing high-rise residential buildings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day property operations, tenant relations, and ensuring smooth building management.
This role requires hands-on experience with property management systems, particularly Buildium, along with a solid understanding of New York property regulations and best practices.
Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations of high-rise residential properties Handle tenant communications, inquiries, and issue resolution Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor services Oversee rent collection, lease tracking, and renewals Ensure compliance with New York real estate laws and regulations Maintain accurate property records and documentation Use Buildium to manage properties, tenants, and financials Monitor property performance and report on key metrics Requirements
