About the RoleWe’re looking for a culturally connected, creatively driven Partnerships & Events Specialist to help bring our brand to life through strategic collaborations and elevated experiences. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of partnerships, experiential marketing, and brand strategy—ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and understands how to translate cultural trends into meaningful, revenue-driving activations.
You’ll play a key role in executing global partnership strategies and immersive brand experiences across digital and retail touchpoints, ensuring every activation enhances customer experience and strengthens brand relevance.
What You’ll DoPartnerships & Relationship Management
Build and manage long-term relationships with brand partners, agencies, and collaborators Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring strong communication and alignment Campaign & Activation Execution
Lead end-to-end execution of co-marketing campaigns, including digital, retail, and IRL activations Develop and launch co-branded content, events, and experiential moments Negotiation & Deal Structuring
Identify partnership opportunities, initiate outreach, and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize contracts Experiential & Event Production
Execute high-impact events and activations across global markets Manage vendors, timelines, budgets, and on-site execution with precision Performance Tracking & Optimization
Track KPIs such as engagement, ROI, traffic, and revenue contribution Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for future improvements Cultural Insight & Brand Alignment
Stay ahead of trends across fashion, lifestyle, beauty, and design Identify culturally relevant opportunities and ensure all partnerships align with brand positioning Partner Enablement
Equip partners with the tools, briefs, and resources needed to effectively represent the brandRequirements
What We’re Looking ForQualifications & Experience
3+ years of experience in partnerships, brand marketing, or event management Proven track record executing partnerships, campaigns, and activations end-to-end Experience working cross-functionally with creative, PR, legal, retail, and digital teams Core Skills
Strong project management and operational execution skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously Data-driven mindset with experience in measuring and optimizing campaign performance Creative & Strategic Thinking
Deep cultural awareness across fashion, lifestyle, beauty, and adjacent spaces Strong creative ideation skills with the ability to translate insights into impactful activations Ability to balance brand storytelling with commercial outcomes Soft Skills
High emotional intelligence and relationship-building ability Resourceful, proactive, and solutions-oriented Comfortable influencing stakeholders without direct authority
Nice to Have Experience in premium or DTC brands (fashion, jewelry, beauty, lifestyle) Exposure to global partnerships or influencer collaborations Hands-on experience with experiential marketing and retail activations Strong presentation skills and experience creating compelling pitch decks Existing network of vendors, creatives, and event partners
