What We Offer:
Competitive base pay between $19.00 to $21.00 per hour commensurate with experience and skills

About the Role:
In this position you will:
Answer and operate a multi-line phone system
Maintain and update the company database and calendars
Act as a customer liaison to lead communications throughout the project installation timeline
Ensure clear coordination between scheduling, production, and installation departments to provide an award-winning customer experience
Key Qualifications:
Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred
1+ years of professional Microsoft Office experience
Ability to type minimum 40 wpm
High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal communications skills
Ability to integrate information from multiple sources quickly and accurately
