We are looking for a talented and motivated Associate to join our Arbitration Forum team. This role is perfect for an individual with a passion for dispute resolution and a keen interest in legal proceedings. As an Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the forum's operations and ensuring efficient and effective dispute resolution processes.

• Analyze and evaluate evidence, including expert reports, statements, and photographs, to identify key facts and relevant information. • Conduct thorough research and gather additional evidence to support the arbitration process. • Prepare and organize case files, ensuring all relevant documentation is in order and easily accessible. • Assist in drafting and reviewing arbitration agreements, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. • Support the arbitration panel by providing administrative assistance and ensuring smooth proceedings. • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on arbitration cases, tracking progress and outcomes. • Liaise with external parties, such as experts and witnesses, to coordinate their involvement in the arbitration process. • Stay updated on legal developments and best practices in arbitration to enhance the forum's efficiency. • Collaborate with the legal team to develop strategies and provide support during arbitration hearings. • Ensure compliance with ethical standards and maintain confidentiality throughout the arbitration process.

• Excellent analytical skills with a strong ability to evaluate and interpret complex information. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory, with a focus on data analysis and manipulation. • Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to evidence analysis and documentation. • Strong research skills and the ability to gather and organize relevant information efficiently. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear and concise reports. • A proactive and organized approach to work, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • A keen interest in arbitration and dispute resolution, with a desire to contribute to the legal field. • A bachelor's degree in law or a related field is preferred, with a strong academic background. • Previous experience in a legal or arbitration-related role is an advantage but not mandatory. • A commitment to professional development and a willingness to stay updated on legal trends.
