• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses via phone, email, and live chat. • Resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring a positive and satisfactory outcome. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure data privacy. • Provide product and service information to customers, promoting our offerings. • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient customer support. • Stay updated with the latest company policies, procedures, and product knowledge. • Assist in identifying customer trends and provide feedback to improve services. • Maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times. • Adhere to company guidelines and quality standards in customer interactions.
