• Assist in outbound call campaigns, ensuring a positive customer experience. • Learn and understand our products and services to provide accurate information to clients. • Support the team in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets. • Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity. • Develop effective communication skills through regular interactions with customers. • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices. • Assist in basic administrative tasks as required. • Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills.
• A strong desire to learn and grow within the BFSI industry. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office. • A positive and enthusiastic attitude. • Willingness to take on new challenges and learn continuously. • Good time management and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification. • Any prior experience in customer service or sales is an asset.
