As an Associate in the CLM Domestic BFSI | Manpower - Back office department, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring smooth and efficient back-office operations. Your role will involve a range of tasks, from data management to client support, contributing to the overall success of our business.

• Manage and maintain accurate client records and databases. • Assist in the development and implementation of efficient back-office processes. • Provide administrative support to the team, ensuring a smooth workflow. • Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses and solutions. • Collaborate with the front-office team to ensure a seamless client experience. • Perform data analysis and reporting, identifying areas for improvement. • Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and data security. • Support the team in achieving departmental goals and targets.

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is preferred. • 1-2 years of experience in a back-office or administrative role, preferably in the BFSI industry. • Strong organizational and time management skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a client-centric approach. • Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel, and a willingness to learn new software. • Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving attitude. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, fostering a collaborative environment. • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a dynamic work environment. • A self-starter with a positive attitude and a passion for continuous improvement. • Any additional certifications or training in BFSI operations will be an advantage.
