• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information via phone, email, and live chat. • Resolve customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. • Maintain a high level of customer service by actively listening to customer needs and providing tailored solutions. • Collaborate with internal teams to gather product knowledge and stay updated on company policies. • Document and escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team members for further assistance. • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers, ensuring a pleasant experience. • Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. • Assist in data entry and maintain accurate records of customer interactions. • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes and procedures. • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance at all times.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers. • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to handling inquiries and complaints. • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies. • High school diploma or equivalent qualification. • Previous customer service experience is an asset but not mandatory. • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks. • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
