Job summary
We are looking for a part-time motivated and skilled practice nurse (with experience ideally or on training pathway) to join our fabulous team. We are a small, friendly and supportive team made up of 2 partners, 2 salaried GP's, FCP, nursing, pharmacist and admin staff. We have a high staff satisfaction and retention rate.
We are an EMIS practice with a list size of approx 4500 patients.
The role will be varied and cover all aspects of practice nursing. Training is encouraged/offered to fill any gaps in experience.
Hours to be agreed between 15 and 22.5 hours.

Wound ManagementAll vaccinationsTravel advice and vaccinationsChildhood immunisationsHealth promotion and lifestyle adviceScreening such as cytologyManagement and review of long term conditions such as diabetes, hypertension and asthmaNHS Health checksAttend regular clinical meetings
