What you’ll do (responsibilities)
Big Bets Project Owner (CJKI Scope)
Own end-to-end product strategy, execution, and outcomes for major initiativesTranslate global product vision into actionable, market-appropriate solutions for CJKIDefine MBR metrics (input, output & guardrails) and continuously track impactProduct Strategy & Decision-Making
Deeply understand CJKI user behavior and pain points across acquisition, activation, retention, and sharingMake high-quality decisions under uncertainty, even with incomplete data or insightsBalance global consistency vs. regional differentiation, clearly articulating trade-offsCross-functional Collaboration & Influence
Partner closely with Growth, Homepage, Brand, Design, Infra, Data, Marketing, and other teamsDrive alignment and execution without direct reporting authorityCommunicate progress, risks, and key decisions clearly to senior stakeholders, including Big Bets leadersExperimentation & Iteration
Reduce uncertainty through A/B testing, phased rollouts, and experimentation frameworksLearn quickly, iterate rapidly, and strike the right balance between speed and quality What we're looking for
Must-have
5–8+ years of Product Management experience, with ownership of high-impact, cross-functional initiativesStrong experience in Growth, Core Experience, Platform, or Entry-point productsProven ability to define problems, set strategy, and deliver outcomes in highly ambiguous environmentsStrong data fluency, able to combine data and user insights to drive decisionsDeep understanding of at least one CJKI market (China / Japan / Korea/ India), with the ability to scale insights beyond a single marketExcellent communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholdersFluent in English and comfortable working in a global contextNice-to-have
Experience with product growth, distribution entry points, growth platformsProven success handling regional differentiation and localization in global productsBackground in B2C or Product-Led Growth (PLG) environments
