The GrabRentals team houses its own strategy, partner management, and productivity functions. It also handles pricing and product design, sales, marketing, operations etc. Additionally, the team works with other teams in Grab, spanning business, operations, tech, and analytics.
We provide sustainable access to high-quality vehicles for hirer-partners. This enables them to earn income on the Grab platform without vehicle ownership. At the same time, it ensures a steady supply of vehicles for the Grab marketplace.
Get to Know the Role
In the PHV Acquisition & Retention team, we focus on managing the lifecycle of our hirer-partners. We curate their experience, recruit them and support them with an excellent rental experience.You will report to the Head of GrabRentals PHV, and report onsite at Singapore Grab Tampines office.The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
As the PHV Acquisition and Retention Assistant Manager, you will lead the customer lifecycle strategy across GrabRentals PHV hirer-partners.Ensure consistent high-quality experiences across online and offline touchpointConduct reviews and improve policies and processes to boost customer retention.Manage the customer retention team to ensure smooth daily operations, resolve issues, and handle escalations.Establish and grow new sales channels to support business growth and expansion. Develop and implement Go-To-Market plans and sales guides for new channels and productsOversee the entire sales process, converting inbound leads and managing outbound channels to exceed sales target. Conduct data-driven analysis to improve sales channels, pipelines, and performance.Collaborate with marketing, business, and operations teams to improve revenueManage a team of over 15 members, consisting of both full-time and part-time staff across sales and customer retention functions. What Essential Skills You Will Need
At least 5 years of proven track record in sales strategy, business analytics or operations in tech or startup environments.Customer-oriented service attitude to initiate and maintain relationships with our hirer-partners.Excellent speaking and presentation skills(English) to translate analysis into relevant insights and executive presentations.Willing to be hands-on and proactiveHigh competency in Google applications and data analytics tools is an added advantage.
