The Singapore Mobility team is responsible for overseeing and growing the Singapore Mobility business. This includes formulating and implementing strategy around demand (passengers), supply (driver-partners), pricing and marketplace, while also undertaking product rollouts and special projects.

You will report to the Manager, Growth & Special Projects. We are looking for someone possessing strong problem-solving and project management skills to join the team. Projects managed by the team often involve analysis using large datasets and deriving insights to formulate solutions.
The role will be onsite and based in the One North office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
Support planning and analysis of high-impact strategic plans. This includes conducting research and data analysis across demand, supply, and pricing. Additionally, it involves identifying issues and solutions to optimize for business goals, including revenue and profit growth, and service health.Provide project management support for strategic plans, involving skills such as project planning & coordination, communication and stakeholder managementWork in a team to solve business-critical issues through rigorous analysis, big picture thinking with consideration for operational detailExecute on initiatives with attention to cross-functional requirements, collaborating with teams across Product, Regional Mobility Strategy, Partner Operations, Marketing / Comms, Public Affairs etc. What Essential Skills You Will Need
Strong academic track record, currently enrolled in a university, graduate programme, or MBA programme majoring in Finance/Business/Economics/ManagementExperience with data analysis and visualisation tools, such as Excel, PowerPoint, Power BIExperience conducting / presenting complex analyses, and managing stakeholders to deliver projects within budget and achieving desired outcomes.Willingness to work with a multi-disciplinary team to design creative solutions, and collaborate with them to execute on initiatives.Willingness to pick up SQL (Python is a bonus)Relevant working experience is a bonus - for example, Consulting, Strategy, Tech, or Project Management roles (especially in tech companies / start ups) Life at Grab
