Handle LIMS system (quotation, client’s data/sample regist, and related tasks)Coordinate with BD team to resolve client’s inquiries/complaintsFollow up with existing clients and maintain their regular use of ES servicesPromote the products/services to clients, answer questions and concerns as they arise, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues as they come upUnderstand client’s needs and make appropriate proposal clients/ BD team in case approval neededLiaise with related teams to update clients’ debt status for appropriate actionsCollect clients’ feedback, communicate with BD and team members, make case-study for better professional customer service Graduate with major Business Admin, Food/Post harvest/ Biology Technology, or have profound understanding of the Food, Food-related markets and ability to expand capability to other sectorsAt least 1 - 2 years experience at the same positionGood English is a plus All your information will be kept confidential according to privacy policy.
