We are searching for a Marketing Communications intern for Summer 2026 (May-August).
Marketing Communications Intern responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Help in planning quarterly business meetings and tradeshows.Support internal sales lunch & learn training.Assist with external client-facing webinars: promotional activities, live “day” of event and post-event follow upMonitor and respond to LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook messagesAssist with project management with the Product Marketing ManagersSupport Sales team with sourcing and managing leadsAssist with data compilation from CRM and Power BI data sources, Create Excel filesOther various duties and projects within the Marketing departmentThe ideal candidate would possess:
Strong computer and organizational skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to multi-task and prioritize various responsibilities as neededStrong team player working with various teamsPositive attitude and eager to learn more about Marketing and our organization Undergraduate level pursuing a degree in business, marketing, communications, public relations, advertising, English, or other degrees that build strong written and communication skills.Position will be up to 25 hours a week during the summer non-academic session, anticipated minimum of 20 hours per week.
