YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
You define and drive product strategy and roadmap for SIXT’s identity and authentication platform across all channelsYou own end-to-end sign-up and digital onboarding experience optimizing conversion at every stepYou lead integration and orchestration of third-party identity verification and KYC providersYou build and operate SIXT’s loyalty program platform translating business requirements into scalable systemsYou collaborate with engineering to design secure, scalable identity systems compliant with data privacy and security standardsYou lead and develop a team of Product Managers creating an environment for innovation and growthYOUR SKILLS MATTER
Experience You bring 6+ years product management and 2+ years leadership experience in identity platforms and authentication systemsKnow-how You have deep understanding of authentication protocols, CIAM platforms, and tradeoffs between security and user experienceTools You have managed integrations with third-party identity and KYC providers and built orchestration layersSkills You understand frontend and backend architecture and provide insightful feedback on prototypes and APIsMotivation You lead with an AI-first mindset, leveraging modern AI tools in product development and team workflowsSoft Skills You communicate complex technical concepts clearly, align cross-functional teams, and drive data-driven decisionsWHAT WE OFFER
